Rochester BA SS Pellet Gun
Rochester
bolt action, single shot pellet gun, a trade name previously used by the Monroe
Gasket and Manufacturing Company, Rochester, New York, around 1948. The
Rochester air rifle is the only model known. It’s a swinging, air pump
pneumatic, BA, SS, two-piece wooden stock, and the metal has a black crackled
finish. Probably the direct ancestor of the Kessler two-piece stock model with
which it is nearly identical (except for the names stamped on the barrel). Very
