Winchester Model 1892 Special Order

Winchester Model 1892 Special Order take down, has barrel sight, tang sight, deluxe wood, checkered stock & forend. SN# 710434, manufactured 1913 with lever action, and deluxe grade, also, .25-.20 caliber, 24 ¼ inch round barrel. It has a DBL folding leaf rear barrel sight & express front sight. Stock is 13 inches. The trigger & hammer are standard, and the magazine is full. Receiver/Frame blue - blueing is excellent throughout. Only trace of wear is on magazine tube, to the rear of the forward magazine support, a ¾ inch spiral fashion from dismounting the takedown procedure. There are no mars, dents, chips or cracks in the forend & stock, & the condition of stock & forend are excellent. Overall condition, except as described on the magazine tube, this gun is AS NEW. FFL required.

Anson Mills 1881 Dog’s Head buckle and web belt with 30 shotshell loops, and 4 hooks for accoutrements. These belts were purchased from Winchester by the US government for use by the US Army in 1882. The manufacturer’s stamp on the back of the buckle reads. “ANSON MILLS PAT. FEB. 1881 / T.C. ORNDORFF  SOLE MANF. / WORCESTER MASS USA”. VG Condition.
